The Junior Scholars program teaches a variety of culinary skills to budding chefs. We introduce and build upon knife skills, safe cooking practices and good hygiene. The program incorporates basic cooking skills, recipes and elements of improv. Throughout the class series, we include discussions around creativity, using what is on hand and encourage being adventurous and healthy eaters.
