This role helps to assist our chef team in the intake and organization of our weekly deliveries. Volunteers will work side-by-side with chefs to unload, organize and intake large deliveries and other helpful tasks. This shift will could include standing on your feet, lifting up to 40 pounds, bending and pushing carts.

This role involves following health and safety protocols while working on the kitchen prep line. Tasks include sorting, cleaning, and chopping ingredients to support soup and meal production. It requires standing for 2-3 hours, using kitchen equipment (including knives), and lifting moderate weights.
